After chatting with dale about what I wanted and expected from a bike and also the fact I love the colour I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. They spent the time asking the questions to see if the bike would suit me and not just sell me a bike to get a sale, also helping set the bike up to suit me and my riding style so once I left the shop the bike was 110% ready to hit the trails. After a few rides now I can say with out a doubt the bike is an absolute weapon and so glad I went there. Will be a return customer that’s for sure

I want to take a moment to highlight the fantastic service we received from Brett and Dale during our recent visits to Casey Cycles Cranbourne. Firstly, Brett was incredibly customer-oriented, patient, and attentive throughout our experience. Thanks to him, we ended up purchasing two electric bikes, and he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our choices. We truly appreciated his friendly and professional approach. A big thank you to Brett and the team for organizing the other two bikes for us as well.
I’d also like to commend Dale for his exceptional service on Saturday. Despite being very busy, Dale took the time to make numerous adjustments to ensure the E bike was a perfect fit for my son. He patiently answered all our questions and offered thoughtful advice, including suggestions about changing the handle, which we truly valued. Dale’s dedication and attention to detail made the experience remarkable.

Brad and Dale are one of if not the best people I have ever dealt with in a bike shop(and I've dealt with many). Nothing is too hard, they are always willing to go that extra step for me. I wish I could spend more there to reward them, so this is the next best thing :-)
