"Online Exclusive" bikes will be ordered and dispatched directly to us from our suppliers warehouse once we receive your order either online or in-store. CAN I VIEW AN ONLINE EXCLUSIVE BIKE IN-STORE PRIOR TO PURCHASE?
Online Exclusive bikes are not kept as regular inventory and are ordered directly from the supplier once we receive your order, due to this Online Exclusive bikes are not available to be viewed in-store prior to purchase unfortunately sorry.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY BIKE ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days from the time of placing your order for your bike to be ready for pick up in-store or free local delivery.
HOW ACCURATE IS THE AVAILABILITY OF ONLINE EXCLUSIVE BIKES?
Our website uses data feeds provided to us by our supplierS that enable us to dispaly their real time inventory for sale via our website. These data feeds are refreshed every hour (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to ensure the accuracy of our real time stock information. In the event a bike sells that is no longer available we will notify you as soon as possible and either provide an alternative recommendation or a refund on your order.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO ME?
We now offer flat rate shipping for $49 throughout the local Melbourne area on Online Exclusive bikes. Please note, bikes are shipped boxed and will require assembly upon delivery. Casey Cycles recommends in the interest of rider safety that you have your bike assembled by a professional bicycle mechanic to ensure your new ride is fit for use. To check if you are eligible for local shipping please enter your postcode on the shopping cart page, if we offer shipping to your area you will see the "Flat Rate BMX Delivery" option available to select.
Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer shipping on other bikes or to areas outside of Melbourne.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER FOR AN ONLINE EXCLUSIVE BIKE?
Once your order has been placed with our supplier we do not accept cancellations sorry. Please choose carefully prior to purchase and if you have any questions please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All bikes are shipped boxed and will require assembly upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot ship bicycles fully assembled.
Casey Cycles recommends in the interest of safety that you have your new bicycle assembled by a professional bicycle mechanic. Failure to do so could result in failure or accidents resulting in damages or personal injury that Casey Cycles will not be liable for. By assembling the bicycle yourself you are assuming all liability in regard to any damages or injuries incurred.

Once we receive your order, stock is dispatched from the nearest warehouse. Please allow a minimum of 3 to 5 business days for your order to arrive at Casey Cycles.
Upon arrival at Casey Cycles we will build your new bike for in-store pick up/local home delivery or have it dispatched by courier to your nominated address throughout the Melbourne area (all bikes delivered via flat rate shipping are shipped boxed and will require assembly upon delivery).

After chatting with dale about what I wanted and expected from a bike and also the fact I love the colour I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. They spent the time asking the questions to see if the bike would suit me and not just sell me a bike to get a sale, also helping set the bike up to suit me and my riding style so once I left the shop the bike was 110% ready to hit the trails.
