Bikes listed in this category are "Online Exclusive" and are not kept in stock in-store by Casey Cycles. "Online Exclusive" bikes will be ordered and dispatched directly to us from our suppliers warehouse once we receive your order either online or in-store. Can I view an Online Exclusive bike in-store prior to purchase?
Online Exclusive bikes are not kept as regular inventory and are ordered directly from the supplier once we receive your order, due to this Online Exclusive bikes are not available to be viewed in-store prior to purchase unfortunately sorry.
How long does it take to receive my bike once I place an order?
Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days from the time of placing your order for your bike to be ready for pick up in-store or free local delivery.
How accurate is the availability of Special Order bikes?
Our website uses data feeds provided to us by our supplier partners that enable us to dispaly their inventory for sale via our website. These data feeds are refreshed every hour (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to ensure the accuracy of our real time stock information. In the event a bike sells that is no longer available we will notify you as soon as possible and either provide an alternative recommendation or a refund on your order.
Can I have my order shipped to me?
We are now offering flat rate shipping for $49 throughout the local Melbourne area on Online Exclusive bikes. Please note, bikes are shipped boxed and will require assembly upon delivery. Casey Cycles recommends in the interest of rider safety that you have your bike assembled by a professional bicycle mechanic to ensure your new ride is fit for use. To check if you are eligible for local shipping please enter your postcode on the shopping cart page, if we offer shipping to your area you will see the "Flat Rate BMX Delivery" option available to select.
Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer shipping on other bikes or to areas outside of Melbourne.
Can I cancel an order for a Online Exclusive bike?
Once your order has been placed with our supplier we do not accept cancellations sorry. Please choose carefully prior to purchase and if you have any questions please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.
