Can I view a Special Order bike in-store prior to purchase?
Special Order bikes are not kept as regular inventory and are ordered directly from the supplier once we receive your order, due to this Special Order bikes are not available to be viewed in-store prior to purchase unfortunately sorry.
How long does it take to receive my bike once I place an order?
Please allow 5-7 business days from the time of placing your order for your bike to be ready for pick up in-store or for free local delivery.
How accurate is the availability of Special Order bikes?
Our website uses data feeds provided to us by our supplier partners that enable us to dispaly their inventory for sale via our website. These data feeds are refreshed every 24 hours to ensure the accuracy of our stock information. In the event a bike sells that is no longer available we will notify you as soon as possible and either provide an alternative recommendation or a refund on your order.
Can I have my order shipped direct to me?
Unfortunately our suppliers cannot ship directly to the end consumer. All bikes sold by Casey Cycles are built and safety checked by our team of professional bicycle mechanics to ensure you are recieving a bike that is safe to ride and fit for purpose. Once built, your new bike will be available for pick up from our Cranbourne store or a member of our team will personally deliver your bike to your home if you are located within our Free Local Delivery network.
Can I cancel an order for a Special Order bike?
Once your order has been placed with our supplier we do not accept cancellations sorry. Please choose carefully prior to purchase and if you have any questions please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

After chatting with dale about what I wanted and expected from a bike and also the fact I love the colour I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. They spent the time asking the questions to see if the bike would suit me and not just sell me a bike to get a sale, also helping set the bike up to suit me and my riding style so once I left the shop the bike was 110% ready to hit the trails. After a few rides now I can say with out a doubt the bike is an absolute weapon and so glad I went there. Will be a return customer that’s for sure

I want to take a moment to highlight the fantastic service we received from Brett and Dale during our recent visits to Casey Cycles Cranbourne. Firstly, Brett was incredibly customer-oriented, patient, and attentive throughout our experience.
