CASEY CYCLES SHIPPING POLICY
At Casey Cycles, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at the best possible value. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your items will be shipped, including delivery timeframes, costs, and important information about tracking and handling.
1. DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES
All orders are processsed and dispatched on week days only (excluding public holidays.)

In stock items: Typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Order in items: Typically dispatched with 2 to 3 business days (dependent on supplier location).
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with options to choose between standard and express delivery. All orders are shipped with a signature on delivery and insured for replacement value.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

Metro Melbourne: 1 to3 business days

Regional Victoria: 2 to 5 business days

Interstate: 3 to 10 business days (depending on location)
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to delays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on:

Chosen delivery method
Large items such as bikes and e-bikes may incur oversized or freight charges.
4. CLICK AND COLLECT (IN-STORE PICK UP)
Click & Collect is available from our store.

You will receive an sms notification when your order is ready for pickup.

A valid photo ID and order confirmation must be shown when collecting your purchase.

Bikes ordered for click and collect may require assembly (usually within 24 hours), we will let you know when your order is ready for collection.
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
- Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate parcels depending on stock location.
- If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with options for refund, exchange or backorder.
6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
7. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Deliveries are shipped to the address provided at checkout when completing your order.

All orders are shipped with a signature required on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the delivery driver may leave a card and redirect the parcel to a collection point, or attempt redelivery.
8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We currently deliver throughout all Australian states and territories only. International shipping is not available.
- Certain items (such as lithium batteries) may be restricted from air transport and may require ground shipping methods only.
9. DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

Include photos of any damage. A member of our team will contact you promptly to resolve the issue.
10. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Casey Cycles is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Be sure to check your order confirmation email to ensure you shipping information is correct, if you notice any errors please call us on (03) 5996 1049 or reply to your order confirmation email with the corrected information.

Can I return an order?
- Yes, with prior approval, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. All returns will be exchanged for store credit only and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Unless it is our mistake you will be wholly resposnible for all return shipping costs.
What cannot be returned?
- Bikes cannot be returned due to change of mind or from purchasing the wrong bike. Please ensure that you select the correct bike prior to your purchase. If you need help with selecting the right bike, please contact us first prior to placing your order.
- As a safety precaution we do not accept returns on helmets. Please measure carefully prior to purchase to ensure you are purchasing the correct size. Sizing charts (or sizing in centimeters) are included with all helmet listings for reference prior to purchase.
- Due to COVID-19 we cannot accept any returns on helmets, gloves, clothing or any other items that come into contact with the skin. This is a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers.
What can be returned?
- Products (excluding bikes, helmets, safety gear and clothing) that are in as new condition with no damage to the product itself or the packaging.
- Products (excluding bikes, helmets, safety gear and clothing) purchased at full retail pricing (unfortunately we do not accept returns on discount/sale items).
- When do items need to be returned by?
- Products (excluding bikes, helmets, safety gear and clothing) must be returned within 30 days of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- How do customers return items?
- The first step is to submit a Returns Request. Once received we will assess your return application and let you know the outcome either by phone or email. Please make sure your return meets the criteria above before submiting your returns request.
Shipping for returns?
- If the return is due to a mistake on our end (ie the item received is not what you ordered or faulty) then we will cover the cost of the return. If you've had a change of mind, ordered the wrong size/colour or just don't like the item once received you will be wholly responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be sent with insurance for the full purchase price of the item and with a signature on delivery. A tracking number must also be emailed to us once the item has been sent. Please note that this excludes bikes.
Credit for returns?
- Once received we will dispatch the correct item to you or issue your account with a credit.
Packing materials?
- Returned items must include any packaging materials supplied.
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
- Cancellations can only be applied to orders that have not yet been dispatched and will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the purchase price (capped at a maximum of $30.00). This charge is to cover the time it takes to invoice and pick your order along with the time involved in processing the order cancellation. If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped it will then fall under our Returns Policy.
- Bikes/Parts that are marked as a "Special Order" or "Online Exclusive" cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with our supplier.
